So apparently there are still people out there that are not aware that Smallville Season 11 is a thing that is about to exist on April 13th (in digital comic format) and May 2nd (in print format).  So to help my fellow Smallville fans that want more of the story with Clark actually being Superman, I’ve decided to gather all of the press releases, interviews, and blog posts about this great new thing that’s about to happen.
The comic is being written by Smallville alum writer and story editor Bryan Q. Miller (Committed, Bulletproof, Hex, Echo, Warrior, Sacrifice, Luthor, Masquerade) with interior art by BATGIRL artist Pere Perez and digital (and also print starting with issue #2) covers by Cat Staggs and print cover (issue #1) by Gary Frank.
Press Releases: TV Guide Press Release | Zap2It  | IGN | Kryptonsite | Comics Alliance | Comic Book Resources | Screen Rant  | Smallville Season 11 #2 Solicit
Interviews: CBR | Comic Book Movie | Across the Airwaves
Breakdowns on What Will/May Happen (Possible Spoilers): TeamClarkLois Blog
Where You Can Get The Comic: Comixology | DC Comics | Lone Star Comics | Local Comic Book Stores
The Comixology and DC Apps are FREE for your mobile devices (I have both and they are both on my Android Tablet and my iPod Touch), you just need to register your account (which is also free).
The Digital Comics are going to be WEEKLY and they are $0.99 each at about 12 pages per download.  That’s less than a cup of coffee and lasts longer.  So basically the digital comics will hit up your budget at $4 a month.  Also, the digital comic will be released on Fridays to keep the Smallville “timeslot” active.
The Print Comic (which will be released once a month on the regular New Comic Book Wednesdays starting on May 2, 2012) will comprise of the 4 digital comics from the prior weeks and run at $3.99…but that $3.99 will get you about 48 pages which is more often than not TWICE what you get for a regular comic these days.
I’m probably forgetting somethings, but I will rely on my fellow Tumblr friends to fill in those extra details.  Just GO OUT AND SUPPORT THIS BOOK.
ETA (via haralith): Anyone in the UK interested in comic book, these guys are great and you can purchase through paypal!

I’m down with this casting. I’m betting she could play Maria Hill pretty effectively. And by that I mean I’m betting she can easily portray a huge bitch.
